This policy describes what personal information Fresh AV Labs (a brand of Fresh Tech Integrated, "we", "us") collects through freshavlabs.com, what we do with it, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you submit one of the forms on this site:

• Notify-me forms on plugin pages: your email address and which product you signed up for.
• Information request forms on hardware pages: your name, email, company, and project notes.
• Contact form: your name, email, optional company, and message.

Each submission is timestamped and tagged with the page it came from and the browser user-agent. That metadata helps us spot abuse and reply with the right context.

What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies for tracking. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not require a banner.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not sell or rent contact information.

Where it goes

Form submissions are forwarded to a Google Sheet that only Fresh Tech personnel can access. We use the contents of that sheet to follow up with you and to track interest in upcoming products. Submissions remain in the sheet until you request deletion or until they are no longer operationally relevant.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the form below or the regular contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
